1. General Guidelines

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support team, through Certified Mail, or via an official termination notice.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and in all cases within a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of a valid refund request.
• Registration fees, administrative charges, and any specified non-refundable deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• In cases of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded in full within 5–7 working days upon notification.

2. Refund Policy for Extended Duration Courses (6 Months or More)

Application Rejection / Early Cancellation

• If an application is not accepted by Eduminds Learning LLC, a 100% refund of all payments will be issued.
• If cancellation is requested within 3 business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment, a full refund will be processed, excluding the registration fee (up to $100–$1000, depending on the program).

Before First Class Begins (Not applicable for Honorary Programs)

• If a student withdraws before the commencement of the first class, all payments will be refunded except the non-refundable registration fee.

Drop/Add Period (First Week of Classes)

• Withdrawals during this period are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees, excluding the registration fee.
• No refunds will be granted after the drop/add period ends.

3. Refund Policy for Short-Term Courses (Less Than 6 Months)

(e.g., Data Science, Cyber Security, DBA – Not applicable for Honorary Doctorate/Ph.D. Programs)

Eduminds Cancellation

• If a program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), a 100% refund will be issued.

Participant Cancellation

• Cancellation requested 7 days or more before the program start date: 90% refund (10% retained as administrative fee).
• Cancellation requested within 7 days of the program start date: No refund.

4. Refund Policy for Online Training (Self-Paced & Instructor-Led)

• Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase: Refund will be issued after a 5% administrative deduction.
• Cancellation after 48 hours: No refund will be processed.
• For third-party partner courses:
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% cancellation charge applies
  • After 48 hours: No refund
• United Kingdom Compliance: Students are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under Consumer Protection Law. A full refund will be issued if no course content has been accessed during this period.

5. Refunds for Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

• Customers must notify the support team immediately in case of duplicate transactions.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Important Notes

• Refund eligibility is calculated based on the officially notified course or program start date.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payer; transfers to alternate accounts are not permitted.
• Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and payment gateway charges (including Stripe fees) are non-refundable.
• Access to a significant portion of course materials may impact refund eligibility.

7. Refund Timeline

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and in exceptional cases, within a maximum of 15 business days, and credited to the original mode of payment.
