Rescheduling Policy

Our rescheduling policy allows flexibility for learners to adjust their schedules when needed. Requests are subject to availability, course guidelines, and approval timelines. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to follow the terms related to session changes, batch transfers, and rescheduling conditions.

icon 1. Eduminds Learning Reschedules

If Eduminds Learning moves a training session to another date, attendees can pick one of several paths forward. Should the schedule shift, learners might join the new dates set by the organizers. When changes happen, those signed up could also transfer their spot to someone else if needed. A different timing may lead some to request a refund instead. Each person affected gets to decide how they want to proceed based on what works. The choice rests entirely with the participant when plans are adjusted.

  • If the new dates do not work, people can choose to get all their money back.
  • Should space allow, folks might come back later to join the sessions. A spot down the line could work out just fine.
  • Should it work out, folks can join the program through a different group, time, or place.

icon 2. Participant-Initiated Rescheduling

Should someone want to move their sign-up to a later time, these terms come into play.

2.1 Request Timeline and Fees
  • Seven days before the event begins - that is when we must have your request in hand.
  • Should plans change, a new date costs 10 percent of the original sign-up charge. Payment shifts require settling that portion before adjustments go through. Each update triggers this condition without exception.
  • Last week's arrival of requests, right before the class begins: seven days out, they still come through.
  • Rescheduling will not be permitted.

icon 3. Replacement Policy

Should someone not make it, that person can name another to take part - provided the switch follows these rules.

  • Ahead of the program launch, a written notice needs arriving three days prior. Getting paperwork sorted early keeps things moving without delays.
  • A new person stepping in needs to fit the program's requirements. Whoever takes part has to qualify under the rules set out at the start.
  • No additional fee will be charged for replacement requests.
iconReplacement requests must be made at least 3 days prior to the event.

icon 4. Availability Clause

Should you ask to switch sessions, getting in depends on whether seats open up. There is no promise from Eduminds Learning that your preferred time will have room.

icon 5. Important Conditions

  • One change allowed each time you sign up, except when special permission applies.
  • Fees need paying first if you want to change the date.
  • If you do not show up and have not said anything ahead of time, it counts as a missed appointment. Rescheduling is off the table in that case. So is getting money back.
